Altus Power Completes Solar Project in South Windsor, CT

Altus Power proudly announces the completion of a 412kW system at Electro-Methods, Inc. in South Windsor, CT.  The project was constructed by Vanguard Energy Partners.  The power sold from the system will offset a large percentage of Electro Methods’ electricity usage.  Electro Methods, an aerospace manufacturer, will receive significant savings from clean energy over the life of the system. The 25 year power purchase agreement (PPA) states that Electro-Methods purchases the power from Altus Power at a discount to the grid price.  Electro-Methods will benefit from savings on power bills while reducing carbon emissions through generation of clean power.
