About the Position

Responsibilities
· You will work with our customers, the commercial team, and our executive leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities to layer in intelligence on top of our energy data and deliver the data securely and seamlessly to the market.
· Write product requirements and work with engineering to implement changes
· Turn learnings from the market, customers, and MVP delivery into clear product requirements and a roadmap
· Create and manage the Product roadmap, providing weekly and monthly status reports on current issues and mitigation plans
· Understand and operate SCRUM ceremonies
· Effectively assist in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.
· Effectively communicate the product roadmap for presentation to senior management as well as customer’s stakeholders
· Work with UX designers to bring the product specifications to life
· Work with data scientists to incorporate data driven feedback for product improvements
· Be a leader across the business cross-functionally, aligning various stakeholders on common business goals
Requirements
· The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience leading product management at consumer companies that serve millions of users, where you came up with data driven user experience improvements, collaborated with engineering teams to implement the product, and worked closely with senior management team to drive product prioritization.
· Ability to balance between conflicting priorities and needs across the organization and customer base
· Work in the Stamford, Connecticut company headquarters.
· Ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Strong project management and leadership qualities; accustomed to managing multiple projects at one time with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
