This team originates, evaluates, negotiates, and executes investments spanning acquisitions and self-developed opportunities, from early-stage development through late-stage projects and operating assets. The team also secures and manages the capital that funds the company's growth by structuring and executing tax equity, tax credit transfer, construction, securitization, and debt financing transactions.

This team monitors the real-time technical performance of our nationwide fleet, diagnoses and fixes equipment issues, coordinates on-site maintenance and builds the systems and processes that keep our projects operating at their peak. It is our most geographically distributed team, with work happening from coast to coast.

This team manages markets across the country and owns customer experience from acquisition and onboarding through ongoing support, while working closely with our utility partners and managing the operations behind subscriber revenue.
